On September 23, 2020, an employee had been decommissioning a bundle puller on a flatbed trailer. The employee went to descend from the trailer, swung his leg over the side of the trailer and lost balance, falling into the forks of a forklift that was parked parallel to the trailer. The employee was hospitalized with broken ribs and a possible spleen injury.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.

The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.
