On October 1, 2020, an employee was assisting a subcontractor with a valve packing repair. During the repair, the valve packing dislodged creating a chlorine gas leak. The employee was evacuating the area when the hose of her supplied air system pulled her mask off, exposing her to the chlorine gas. The employee was hospitalized.
