An employee had been finishing concrete while wearing gloves and a long sleeve shirt. The employee left work at 2:00 PM on 10/16/2020. The employee went to the hospital at 5:00 PM, having sustained contact dermatitis on the hands, arms, and back of the neck due to exposure to concrete.

On October 17, 2022, an employee was using a rebar cutting machine to cut a piece of rebar. The jamming block, which holds the rebar in place during the cutting process, crushed the employee's left index finger and lacerated their left middle finger.
