An employee was standing on a step ladder repairing a faulty garage door when he lost balance and fell to the garage floor. The employee sustained fractures and lacerations to the right elbow.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
