On December 5, 2020, an employee was on the wash pad, securing a piece of equipment to prevent it from rolling. The employee's left hand was caught between the rolling equipment and the securing device cable. The employee sustained a fractured ring finger and an avulsion to the middle finger requiring hospitalization and surgery.
