An employee was stocking merchandise. While descending a three-step ladder attached to a stock cart, the employee missed a step and fell to the floor. The employee suffered a fractured hip.

An employee used a cart with a ladder attached to pull items from a shelf. The employee stepped back and tripped over either the track or the knuckle on the end of the aisle, fell back and landed on her hip, fracturing her femur.
