Final narrative
An employee was walking out to a customer's vehicle to help the customer load plants. The employee went to walk under a sod shed, tripped over the shed, and impacted the concrete ground. The employee sustained a fractured right elbow.
An employee was spotting for a forklift. While reversing, it struck him on the left side. He suffered two broken bones in the foot and a displaced lateral malleolus fracture.
