An employee was loading garage doors on a flatbed truck. A stack of garage door sections (about 7 feet high) fell onto the employee, causing three fractures in the leg and ankle.

An employee was pulling a cart with 4 rolling steel barrels while another teammate was pushing the barrels from the other side. The barrels slid forward off the cart and one of the barrel shafts landed on top of his right foot. The employee sustained fractures to the metatarsals and cuneiform bones.
An employee was working on a second level mezzanine, loading materials onto a forklift, when the employee fell from the mezzanine to floor level, suffering a broken arm, pelvis, and ribs, as well as internal bleeding.
