On August 20, 2025, an employee was exiting a commercial tractor from the driver's side door when they fell to the ground, resulting in a fractured left ankle.

An employee opened the doors on a trailer. Bundled cardboard boxes fell out of the trailer and knocked the employee to the ground. The employee suffered a broken femur.
