On January 5, 2023, an employee was standing on a dock when they were struck by a forklift, resulting in fractures to both their legs and hips that required surgery.
On November 4, 2020, an employee was operating a forklift and struck the side of a trailer. The employee fell off the forklift and their legs were pinned underneath the forklift. The employee was hospitalized for leg fractures.
