An employee was installing wire from a utility pole to a house. He became nauseated and began climbing down, but as he was descending he got dizzy and fell, landing on the ground 14 feet below and suffering a broken heel.
The employee was on top of a rail car to level the grain that was deposited into the car when they fell 13-15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
