An employee was loading OTRs into a trailer at the loading dock. As he was pushing an OTR into a truck, it veered off the left side of the ramp and tipped over onto the driver sign-in desk. The employee was holding the OTR on the side as it rolled off the dock plate and his ring finger was crushed between the OTR and a metal table resulting in a fingertip amputation.
