At 4:06 a.m. on April 22, 2021, an employee was stepping off energized conveyor rollers onto an adjacent conveyor frame after clearing a jam on the line. He lost his footing and fell backward off the frame, landing on the concrete floor about 15 feet below. He suffered a head injury and was hospitalized for surgery.
