An employee was working at a machine when she slipped and attempted to grab a table, catching her lower arm on piece of aluminum. The employee suffered a deep laceration to her arm, including possible vein and nerve damage.
An employee was working from a platform ladder, spraying a tank with water to clean it. The employee slipped; as she tried to steady herself, her right middle finger was caught in a pinch point. The fingertip was amputated and she was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
