An employee was working on a scissor lift near a hook conveyor belt system when a cord from the conveyor belt got stuck on a bolt of the scissor lift causing the lift to fall over. The employee fell from a height of 12 feet to the concrete floor below and sustained a fractured pelvis, broken ribs, an abrasion on a lung, and chipped vertebrae.

A maintenance technician's finger was caught between two gears while he was greasing a machine. He suffered severe damage to his left index and middle fingers.

On 12/6/2017, an employee was attempting to remove a linen sheet that was caught in a sheet folder ironer system when her hand was pulled into the machine and fractured.

The employee was freeing the doors with his right hand and the elevator doors closed, causing an amputation to his right middle fingertip.
