An employee was cleaning out a hopper when his hand slipped and contacted the rotor, resulting in a right middle finger amputation at the base of the nail and damage to the index finger.
On June 14, 2024, an employee was using a grinder when the machine part he was grinding got loose from his hand and struck his right thumb and the right side of his face. The employee sustained lacerations to his thumb and face.
