Final narrative
An employee was moving cattle on horseback. While he was cutting a bull from the herd, his horse spooked and began to buck. He was thrown from the horse to the ground, suffering a broken left fibula and ankle.

An employee was loading a telehandler onto a trailer and the right wheels were misaligned with the trailer, causing the telehandler to tip and fall to the right. The employee went to exit the telehandler as it fell, striking his head on the cage and frame of the telehandler. The employee sustained a concussion, a head laceration, and fractured vertebrae.
An employee was sorting cows for processing. The employee had just grabbed a metal gate to shut it when a cow bumped into the gate. The employee's right middle finger was crushed between the gate handle and the channel iron on the post. The fingertip (including about 3 millimeters of bone) was medically amputated.
