An employee was on top of a 6-foot retainer wall to disengage a tree limb that got entangled in the wall. When the limb was freed, the employee lost their balance and fell 20 to 30 feet on the other side of the retaining wall, landing on bushes. The employee suffered contusions, bruises, and a back injury.
