An employee was removing a piece of debris from a paste pad when their right little finger contacted moving agitator gear, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
On August 23, 2022, an employee was removing trim waste from a converting machine (pouch machine) when his left index finger contacted the blade. The nailbed and fingertip pad were amputated.
An employee was trying to shake a pebble out of her shoe when she lost balance and fell on her right side in the employee parking lot. She fractured her right hip.
An employee was cutting a cardboard core on a core cutting machine when the core spun out of the machine, striking the employee in the face and mouth. The employee suffered nose, sinus, and palate fractures.
