An employee was climbing down a ladder on a rail car. The employee's foot slipped on the bottom rung and he fell backward about 2 feet to the ground, hitting his head and suffering a concussion and a contusion to the back of the head.
An employee was trying to connect a cargo box to a railcar when a crane operator moved the cargo box and it pinched the employee's right index finger, resulting in an amputation.
