On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
On April 17, 2025, at 3:20 p.m., an employee was cleaning a drawer machine by blowing down the machine with air. His left hand was struck by the rotary blade on the machine, resulting in amputation to the index fingertip. The machine was guarded at the time.
An employee was unclogging the sawdust collection system on a gang saw when they sustained amputations to their left middle fingertip and right index fingertip from the spinning turbines in the chute.
