An employee suffered burns from hot waste water while attempting to change a water pump in the waste water treatment plant.

An employee was removing a clog from the dust extraction hose of a profiling saw when their fingers contacted the moving saw blade. The employee sustained lacerations to the left middle and index fingers.

An employee was dumping a self-tilting trash hopper into a compactor from a forklift. The employee reached up with his right hand to grab the mechanical lever to dump the hopper. The hopper dumped and then bounced back, striking the employee's left index finger, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee removed a safety valve on a trailer that unknowingly contained nitrogen gas. The gas released from the trailer and pushed the employee backward off a scaffold approximately 10 feet before they struck a garage door, resulting in a pelvic injury.

An employee was sitting at her workstation when a nail gun malfunctioned and shot a nail into her left leg. She suffered a puncture and blood vessel injury and was hospitalized.

On November 25, 2023, an employee was using a high-pressured water hose to perform sewer line cleaning operations. The employee's right little finger and palm were lacerated by pressurized water from the hose.

An employee was hydroblasting when they slipped and the pressurized water stream lacerated their left ankle.

Two employees were investigating smoke originating from a screw at the base of a dry fuel silo. While they were in the ground-level hopper area, a dust explosion occurred. Both employees were burned. One suffered burns to both arms, the face, and the left side of the torso; the other was burned on the face and chest, as well as suffering circumferential burns to the arms.

At 8:00 a.m. on April 22, 2025, an employee was responding to a tracking fault on the bottom head of a six-head sander. While he was straightening the belt, his right hand was pulled in, wedged, and lacerated. He was hospitalized.

An employee slipped and fell while sanding a plenum. The employee landed on their leg and was hospitalized with a broken tibia.
