Four employees were manually lifting a 1600-pound battery onto a pallet jack for transport. The battery slipped and fell onto one of the employee's right leg. The employee was hospitalized for fractures to the leg.

An employee was explaining issues with feeding plywood into a live edge bander machine to a co-worker when the machine turned on and pulled the employee's glove into the machine. Her fingers contacted the routing blades and the employee sustained amputation of a finger.

On February 18, 2020, an employee was using a biscuit joiner cutter for cabinet frames. The cutter lacerated his left index finger and thumb.

An employee was sweeping the warehouse floor when a reversing forklift struck his right leg, lacerating and contusing his shin.

The employee was hospitalized with back/side bruising, elbow bruising, bone bruises, and/or fractured ribs.
