An employee was inspecting a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV). The employee topped off the coolant and started the UTV. He then went to the front of the UTV to check for a coolant leak. The UTV lunged forward pinning the employee against a building. The employee sustained fractures and contusions to their femur(s).
An employee was using a hydraulic cylinder with a threaded pulling rod to remove a pin from the frame of a loader. The rod broke and was ejected from the loader frame. It struck the employee's lower right leg just above the ankle, breaking the tibia.
