An employee was trimming a tree. When a tree branch was removed, the employee's left index finger was caught under a rope and amputated.
On March 21, 2025, at approximately 9:45 a.m., an employee was climbing down a tree that was approximately 10 feet tall. His feet were caught by vines, causing him to lose his balance and fall down into a 4-foot-deep storm drainage ditch below the tree. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right humerus and a fractured rib.
