He was hospitalized with three broken ribs, internal bleeding in his liver and head, and bruises on his face and head. He was hospitalized.
An employee was driving a truck transporting a 40-foot container. The employee was making a turn when the container fell sideways and the truck overturned. The employee sustained a broken right femur inside the cab.
