An employee was helping a co-worker move an anilox roller that was about 51 inches long and 300 pounds. The roller was being moved with a hangar and hoist onto a cart. While moving the anilox roller, the hangar slipped and the anilox roller fell onto the employee's left hand, resulting in a crush injury to the middle finger.
