An employee was leaning against a mule train going over a rough patch in a corn field. He was trying to adjust the wing to stabilize it when the wing moved and came down, crushing his finger. As a result, his left index fingertip was amputated.

An employee was walking to their truck to look for a lid. When they stepped between the truck and a dock plate, they sustained a knee injury that required surgery.

An employee was standing on plant bed timbers, using a powered hand trimmer to trim the shrubs in the plant bed. The timber gave way, breaking into several pieces. The employee lost balance and fell with the trimmer in his hand. He suffered a severe laceration to the right wrist and hand.

A mail carrier slipped on ice and sustained a strain that required hospitalization.

An employee was loading phosphoric acid onto a rail car and preparing to secure the rail car for transport. While repositioning the loadout spout to secure it back to the drip pan holster on the dock, the spout contacted the handrail of the rail car, causing the employee to lose balance. The employee stepped back and their right foot entered the opening for the rail car, causing him to twist/pivot on his left leg. The employee's lower left leg was fractured.

On November 14, 2023, an employee was receiving a delivery from a truck when some of the merchandise fell from the truck s lift and struck him. He then fell to the ground and his head struck the sidewalk, resulting in an injury that required hospitalization.

An employee was lowering an above-head gate with chains while moving a cow into a lane. Their fingers got tangled in the chain as the gate dropped, resulting in a lacerated thumb and crushed index and middle fingers.

An employee was moving a conveyor machine over a wooden ramp. The ramp broke and the employee sustained a lower right leg fracture.

An employee was spinning the blades on a large piece of agricultural equipment. The blades came back around and severed eight fingers.

An employee was supporting a wing on a corn harvesting machine when the wing shifted, catching his hands and fingers between the pole and wing frame. The employee sustained fractures, lacerations, and a finger amputation.

A crew was tarping haystacks using a telehandler. An employee got onto the forks of the telehandler to be lifted up to the top of the haystack with the tarps. The employee attempted to hook the loops on the tarp to the hooks on the telehandler. The telehandler moved and caught the employee's arm, breaking and lacerating it. The employee was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee was helping a coworker transport a tall palm tree with a mini skid steer. The employee was severely shocked by a high-voltage electrical wire above the ground.

An employee was retrieving a Christmas tree from a shelf using a ladder. He missed a step and fell to the concrete floor. He sustained injury to his head and wrist.

An employee was inspecting a generator whose radiator was leaking. He slipped, and a fan blade in the generator amputated his thumb and index finger.
