On October 27, 2021, an employee was walking behind a trash truck to direct it while it was backing up. The employee slipped and fell and the rear passenger-side tire came into contact with the front of his upper left thigh.

While on a residential garbage collection route, an employee fell from the driver's side rear riding step of a rear load garbage truck. His lower left leg was struck by the driver's side rear tire, resulting in fractures of the tibia and fibula, along with lacerations to the top of the left foot.
