At about 7:00 a.m. on November 3, 2021, an employee was putting a latex boot onto a chute used to carry concrete from a hopper to a mold. The employee's right hand entered the end of the chute and contacted the auger, which partially amputated all four fingers.
On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.
