An employee was working as a spotter near a skid steer. At about 3:00 p.m., he approached the skid steer to speak with the operator, then turned to walk away. The skid steer then drove forward about 12 inches and caught the employee's left boot. The employee suffered fractures to the left tibia and fibula.

An employee was in an aerial lift/bucket truck trimming trees with a pole saw under a 7,620-volt powerline. Wind caught a tree trimming and blew it into the powerline. The tree limb then also struck the employee's left shoulder, creating an electrical connection. The employee suffered an electric shock and burns on the left side, resulting in paresthesia and weakness. They also sustained entry and exit wounds/blistering to the left shoulder and foot.

Two employees were felling a de-limbed, live tree. They attached a rope to the tree to help control the direction of fall and ensure nothing fell toward the road. As the tree was falling, it went off course and the two employees went separate ways. One of the employees went into the path of the falling tree, which hit the left side of his back and hip area. He broke his left femur, lumbar spine, left hip, and left leg.
