Final narrative
An employee was assisting the medical team with a combative patient when the patient attacked the employee. The employee fell to the floor, hitting his head on a cabinet and the floor. The patient then tried to strangle the employee, and he lost consciousness for approximately 30 minutes. The employee sustained a concussion, traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic pneumocephalus, and traumatic subdural hematoma.
A patient became violent and attacked an employee by punching, pulling hair, and pushing the employee down to the floor. The employee sustained a femoral fracture to the left hip.
An employee came into a building from a snowy parking lot, then slipped on the tile floor after stepping off the rug inside the entrance. The employee suffered two broken hips.
An employee was working the register when a customer attacked the employee with a knife. The employee sustained multiple stab wounds, a broken shoulder blade, and a shoulder injury.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.
