An employee was walking down the steps outside a building, carrying a 10-pound box. He slipped at the second or third step from the top and fell to the pavement with his legs folded behind him. He suffered ruptures to the quadriceps tendons in both knees.

On November 2, 2017, at approximately 9:50 p.m., an employee was entering an airplane tail section while inspecting a depot. While climbing through the aircraft and stepping over ductwork, he pulled his upper groin, requiring hospitalization.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
An employee was unloading materials from a flatbed trailer when they fell from the trailer and landed on the ground. The employee sustained a fractured left leg.

The employee was separating the dogs when the other dog bit his left ring finger. The last joint of the finger was injured and part of it was bitten off.
An employee was climbing a fixed ladder to perform maintenance in an attic. While unlocking the attic entry, the employee fell from the ladder more than 10 feet to the concrete below. The employee suffered a fractured hip, pelvis, tail bone, arm, and elbow, resulting in hospitalization and surgery.
