While conducting a hole in tubing test, a pressurized release of natural gas and debris knocked an employee off balance causing the employee to fall into the debris and gas. The employee sustained a right pinky finger dislocation and abrasions on their back.

While flushing chemical from a tanker truck an explosion occurred that burned three employees. One of the injured employees was hospitalized with burns to the face and hands.
