An employee was entering the front door prior to the store opening. She attempted to close the sliding doors behind her and her hand slipped off the door and she fell backward to the floor. The employee sustained a fractured hip.
An employee was in the food service area in front of the dish washing station, walking toward the lockers when she slipped on water and fell on the floor. She landed on her left side and sustained a fractured left hip.
