An employee was using a ladder to place a cell booster on the top of a job trailer. As the employee was descending the ladder, it slipped and the employee fell approximately 13 feet down the ladder, resulting in a broken ankle.
The employee was on top of a rail car to level the grain that was deposited into the car when they fell 13-15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
