An employee was in the back room using a ladder to retrieve merchandise from a rack when she fell. The employee tried to catch herself on the rack, but the ring on her ring finger became caught on a shelf, resulting in amputation of the finger.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
