A temporary employee was working on a shredder machine when a piece of material got stuck in the bottom of the belt on the machine. She was trying to retrieve the stuck material when the material grabbed her hand and it pulled it into the machine. Her finger wrapped around the material, and the machine amputated an inch of her left middle finger.
