An employee was standing on a ladder, having climbed it to change out glass on a broken window above a patio door. The ladder slipped and he fell 8-10 feet to the concrete ground below. He suffered bleeding in the brain, a broken right wrist, a fracture/dislocation to the left elbow, and a broken lower left leg. He was hospitalized.
