An employee was operating a pipe bending machine when his finger became pinched in a nip point on the machine. The employee lost his fingernail and his fingertip required reconstruction.
The injured employee was installing the condenser section of an air conditioning unit using an overhead crane. The injured employee was on the back side of the unit trying to secure it as three other employees were trying to ensure the condenser section piping would fit in the pre-drilled holes on the roof.
