On March 1, 2022, an employee was doing framing work on a building. The employee fell from a ladder placed on top of scaffolding, and the ladder cut the employee's hands severely.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
