An employee was standing on a conveyor's rollers watching a maintenance team work on a machine. The employee fell while trying to step down, landing on the concrete work surface and suffering a broken tibia and fibula in one leg.
On November 10, 2015, an employee was cleaning scrap from one end of a press conveyor. A coworker turned on the conveyor, and the employee's wrist got caught in a pinch point. The employee sustained a degloving injury to the left wrist.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
