On March 15, 2022, an employee was adding cement as part of building an underground pool when he found a piece of small rock stuck on the screen covering a mixing machine. As he tried to remove it, the machine's rotating metal blade amputated his left index finger about a half inch from the tip. The employee was hospitalized.
