Final narrative
An employee was cleaning spilled glue from a concrete floor. He mopped a thin layer of water over small areas of the hardened glue to help thin it. A few minutes later, he slipped on the floor and fell. He landed on a tape measure clipped to his right hip and suffered a femoral neck fracture that required surgery.
An employee was working on a pocket jig machine. The employee's middle finger came into contact with the point of operation, and the employee suffered a partial amputation to the finger.
At about 4:50 p.m. on March 29, 2022, a mail carrier was leaving her truck when she slipped, fell, and hit her head on the sidewalk. The next morning, she woke up with a headache and bleeding from the ear and was hospitalized.
