Final narrative
An employee was walking toward a pump on which he was installing a new suction manifold. He tripped over the old manifold, lying on the ground, and fell. He suffered a compound fracture to the left forearm and was hospitalized.
An employee was walking at a jobsite, stepped on a hose, and slipped in friction reducer compound. The employee fell on the ground and broke a kneecap.
An employee was using a pressure washer to wash grease off of equipment. The employee was moving the power washer wand from side to side, when the wand went across his right foot. The pressurized spray cut through his boot and caused abrasions and lacerations to his right foot. The employee was hospitalized.
