An employee was hosing down and cleaning a concrete curb machine when the hose got caught and his hand was pulled into the auger of the machine, resulting in fractures and amputations of the right ring and little fingers.

On June 9, 2023, an employee opened the radiator cap on an off-road truck. Hot steam came out and burned the employee's neck, chest, and upper arms. He was hospitalized.
An employee was using a bulldozer to smooth out a windrow of dirt near a pit used to bury dirt. The ledge of the pit collapsed causing the bulldozer to fall into the pit. The bulldozer rolled over onto the top of the cab and came to rest at the bottom of the pit. The employee sustained a concussion, a deep laceration to the head, and bruising to the ribs and shoulder.
At 2:39 p.m. on November 5, 2018, an employee was putting a metal storm drain grate (which had been removed for cleaning) back in place. It pinched a finger on his right hand, causing an amputation that left bone visible. He was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
