Two employees were loading an air compressor into a customer's car behind a store. A driver, seeking to use a cut-through behind the store and finding it blocked by the employees' work, got into an altercation with the employees. Then, while the driver was leaving, their car struck one of the employees, who suffered a possible concussion.

On 11/8/2023, at about 1:00 AM, an employee was engaged in an altercation with shoplifters. In the parking lot, the employee was struck by a vehicle driven by the shoplifters. The employee sustained injuries to both legs.

At about 5:30 p.m. on September 23, 2025, an employee was unloading rubber mix material from a mixer. The employee's hand was caught by rotating parts in a discharge chute, causing a partial, soft-tissue amputation to a fingertip.

While replacing one of the last plates, the employee mis-stepped and fell approximately 5 feet into the pit. The employee was hospitalized with back/side bruising, elbow bruising, bone bruises, and/or fractured ribs.
