At about 11:15 a.m. on May 17, 2022, an employee was walking in a tote bin storage area when she stepped on top of a metal pallet alignment guide, lost her footing, and fell to the floor. She suffered a broken right foot and was hospitalized.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
