An employee was cutting short ribs on a bandsaw and amputated his left middle fingertip.
An employee was gathering shopping carts in a parking lot. He lost his footing and fell forward, knocking a shopping cart over and landing on it and the asphalt. He suffered a broken left hip and was hospitalized.
