An employee was standing on a wall setting trusses on the roof of a home. A gust of wind knocked the trusses over and the employee jumped to the ground to avoid being crushed by the trusses. The employee sustained a broken ankle.
An employee was crossing over a sorting belt and jumped down onto the catwalk next to the belt. The employee sustained a right ankle fracture and dislocation.
